FOODS AND NUTRITION PROJECT
These members will help youth make healthy food choices in preparing, storing and eating low-fat foods. members will also learn how much and what kind of food their body needs, nutrition and fitness, food science, wise shopping and food safety. Lessons for preparing food in a microwave are in the CCS Level A-D manuals.
