HEALTHY LIFESTYLES
 
This new project can focus on physical activity, healthy eating and exercise or recreation, sports and first aid. Materials available through 4-H are: Bicycle, Health, Hiking and Recreation. Members and leaders are encouraged to expand the focus and use other materials they deem appropriate.
