Good focus. Plain background. Nice angle.  Good contrast. A little on the dark side and somewhat grainy.

Fills the Frame. Very Grainy. Busy background. Not much contrast between the hat and the background. Bad Mergers. Poor lighting on the face.

Good lighting. Nice silhouette but not all there. Too much unused space at the top. Edge mergers. Poor Angle.  Subject is weak.  People are riding out of the picture.
