4-H Wildcat Sewing Camp

What: Come join us for the 6th annual State 4-H Sewing Camp!

This year’s Specialty Camp is designed for youth who have mastered basic sewing skills and are ready to challenge themselves by learning new and more advanced skills.  The camp offers 4-H members an opportunity to learn and build confidence in the Clothing and Textiles project.  Participants should know the basics regarding pattern layout/cutting and basic sewing machine operation.  Participants will pre-select their pattern prior to attending camp.

There will be time for a service learning opportunity.

All fabrics, supplies and equipment will be provided for youth to construct their project. Teens (16-19) and adults with sewing knowledge and passion, are invited to participate as an assistant.  Applications are posted to the right and are due April 1, 2017.
