Academic Year Exchange Students Arrive

States' 4-H International Exchange

Yuka Maehira, Japan, and Si Un (Paul) Park, South Korea, arrived July 29 for their school year in Kansas through States’ 4-H International Exchange Programs. Yuka will be hosted by the Dean Becker family in Meadowlark Extension District while attending Nemaha Central High School, Seneca. Paul will be hosted by Tom and Liz Lindquist in Riley County and attend Riley County High School, Riley, KS. Both students will participate in local 4-H clubs and attend 4-H events and activities. Thanks to Ross Mosteller and John Jobe for assisting with the host family placements and support.
