4-H Reboot Follow Up & Thank You

Submitted by Wade Weber

Dear valued 4-H professionals and friends,

Thank you so much for your participation and contribution in shaping the future of the Kansas 4-H Youth Development Program.  I continue to be awed and inspired by the positive stories of volunteers, professionals, and youth partnering to invite, learn and grow together to make a positive contribution to communities across Kansas.  We are in this for the long haul and have a proud and proven track record of impacting generations.  Together we will continue to shape the next generation of community builders across Kansas and the world! I loved hearing your creativity and passion come alive during our discussions about 4-H program prioritization.

Thank you for your engagement in clarifying the Kansas 4-H brand strategy and the co-branding policy procedures and implications. I thank Amy and Megan for their leadership. Please let either of them know if you have any additional questions.

We are excited about the enhanced learning and consistency that Youth for the Quality Care of Animals (YQCA) will provide for animal project learning also.  I thank Lexi and Pam for their leadership. Please let either of them know if you have any additional questions.

The power point of the survey results before our prioritization process is now available online.  Know that the results of our three prioritization gatherings will be shared once they have been compiled.  The process will give guidance to me and administration officials as we invest in who we are to become.  Developing tools and creating experiential pathways of learning for youth through project enhancements, community clubs improvements, and for adults through dynamic volunteer and partnership development.  Please let me know if you have any additional questions. Thanks for sharing this survey option with 4-H stakeholders in your local unit and for letting your voice be heard by registering and participating in 4-H Reboot Sessions!
