4-H Communication and Problem Solving Flow Chart

The purpose of the flow chart is to help streamline communication practices specific to the 4-H Youth Development program. Any staff or volunteer could be the initial point of contact in a conflict. However, the 4-H Agent needs to be included in communication at every level. This ensures that proper Youth Development policies and practices are followed. the 4-H Communication and Problem Solving Flow Chart can be useful for all units not just districts.
