Entries for the Kansas Junior Livestock Show (KJLS) are due by August 15. Only online entries will be accepted. For further entry details and information, please visit the KJLS website (www.kjls.org). Exhibitors will need their 5-digit KSU Nomination # to enter. Families who are only entering registered breeding females (and do not have a KSU Nomination #) should use the first 5 characters of their last name. Youth are encouraged to enter the KJLS LEAD Challenge as well. This is a great educational opportunity for youth to share their knowledge of their project and the livestock industry. Exhibitors planning to participate in showmanship also need to remember to enter that class for each specie in which they plan to exhibit. Late entries will be accepted through August 31, at double the original entry fee per animal. Please contact KJLS directly with questions regarding show entry.

This is also a reminder that nomination does not constitute entry. A complete nomination only makes youth eligible to show market animals and commercial females at a state show.  Exhibitors must officially enter KJLS in order to participate.
