4-H Camp Changes
If counties/districts are negotiating changes among current camp groups, the information below needs to be followed for 2015. The Kansas 4-H Youth Development Policies, Best Management Practices, and Information, extension units have the flexibility to renegotiate camp group affiliation after the close of their camp session and no later than September 30, in any given year.
Once a change is made letters of confirmation are to be sent to the former camp group, new camp group and the State 4-H Office.
