2019 States’ 4-H Outbound Programs
Four Kansas 4-H’ers are scheduled to be interviewed for Costa Rica, Finland or Japan outbound exchanges on November 18. The first Orientation will be conducted along with the interviews. Teens who are approved by Kansas will have applications submitted to the States’ 4-H national office December 1. We will notify their home counties of the Kansas decisions after the 18th. A second orientation will be scheduled for spring.
