Duplicate Warnings during Enrollment Acceptance
If 4HOnline believes a person has more than one record, an enrollment will be flagged as a potential duplicate. Please investigate these occurrences to determine whether you should accept an enrollment or contact the family. 4HOnline managers will be alerted of a potential duplicate during Manager Review while attempting to approve a member's enrollment. Two columns will exist, one titled "Member you are Confirming," and a second column titled "Possible Duplicate."
