State 4-H YD Leadership Team
I am happy to report that the State 4H YD Leadership Team is officially underway. The team includes agents Justin Goodno and Corinne Patterson; Phillips-Rooks District Director, Anna Muir; Department of 4-H Youth Development Program Coordinator, Dona Ratliff; and Regional 4-H Youth Development Specialist, Beth Hinshaw.
The role of the team is to provide guidance, input, and feedback to me regarding key 4-H functions and to meet our customer needs (4-Hers, parents, volunteers, and agents). If you have issues or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me or any of this Leadership Team. My goal is to keep 4-H a strong and vibrant youth development program until new leadership comes onboard.
The 4-H Leadership Team is separate from the Search Committee being led by Dr. Onstad.
I appreciate the team’s willingness to serve in this important capacity.
