Thank you for the time shared

Working for K-State Research and Extension and the Department of 4-H Youth Development has been a journey that started in 2015, and I am grateful for all the diverse experiences to be a practitioner scholar and engage in community-engaged scholarship.

That said, it is time for me to explore new professional opportunities based on my professional and academic endeavors as Executive Director for UFM Community Learning Center, the community-engaged branch of K-State Global Campus. I have accepted an administrative position starting May 1st with the possibility of some time sharing across units the first few weeks of May to assist with the transition of my professional duties as 4-H Youth Development Specialist for Community Vitality.

I sincerely wish all the dedicated educators with whom I've worked the best and appreciate your leadership to help bring our system together during a time of transition. I look forward to working with you to provide any clarification needed in the transferring of my duties back to the Department of 4-H Youth Development.

I appreciate connections we can make in the future through our vested interest in community engagement within the K-State community and across the state of Kansas. I wish each and every one of you the very best.
