Kansas State Fair 4-H Entry Information
The Fair Entry system for 4-H entries is open for the 2023 Kansas State Fair. The resources have been updated for any information that should be needed to submit those entries and can be found by KSRE Staff on the Additional Staff Protected Resources tab of our Kansas State Fair Events page. Please remember we need volunteers to help with this amazing opportunity and we would like to have those submitted on the 2023 Volunteer Info Link, provided to local Extension Units.
A few reminders, two tickets are given to each exhibitor that has an entry in the Fair. Extension Units are to order tickets for their exhibitors and those orders must be placed by Aug 14th at midnight. NO LATE ORDERS will be accepted.
Also, team entries should be submitted via the Team Entries Link and will be entered by the State office. A Fee Summary sheet is also posted to help determine the amount owed to the state office for any contest entries.
