End of Year Prep Reminders

The end of the 2022-2023 program year will be here before you know it. With that in mind, here are a few dates and pieces of information regarding the new 2023-2024 program year.
- Rollover (System Shut Down) will begin September 21st and will re-open on October 1st. This is quite a bit longer than in previous years, but we will be updating the back end of this system quite a bit and in order to do a thorough job, the system will need to be shut down longer than normal. More information about what will be modified will be shared at the August 29th New Year Kickoff.
- End of Prep will need to begin earlier than normal. I advise starting this process as soon as your county fairs conclude. If you have questions about what this process entails, do not fret - there are resources!
