Impact
Since 1905, Kansas 4-H has been a leader in youth development. The Kansas 4-H program has seen remarkable success in engaging youth and fostering leadership, skill-building, and community involvement. Regular evaluation and data collection allows for the identification of successful strategies, areas for improvement, and the ability to adapt programs to better serve Kansas youth.Ongoing assessment ensures that programs remain relevant and responsive to the evolving needs of youth and communities across the state.
