Kansas 4-H Guidelines for National Congress Nomination

 

Key Award Youth Delegate

1. Were presented the Kansas Key Award the previous 4-H Program Year.

2. Have never attended National 4-H Congress.

3. Are an Active & Approved Kansas 4-H Member.

4. Have a genuine desire to attend National 4-H Congress.

5. Are available to attend National 4-H Congress.

6. Were at least 16 years old but not yet 19 years old before January 1 of the current 4-H Program Year.

7. Willing to remain committed to attending National 4-H Congress once they accept the trip.

8. Agree to follow the prescribed code of conduct, realizing failure to do so may result in the loss of privileges during the event and/or in the future.

Centennial Youth Delegate

1. Have never attended National 4-H Congress.

2. Are an Active & Approved Kansas 4-H Member.

3. Have a genuine desire to attend National 4-H Congress.

4. Are available to attend National 4-H Congress.

5. Were at least 14 years old but not yet 19 years old before January 1 of the current 4-H Program Year.

6. Willing to remain committed to attending National 4-H Congress once they accept the trip.

7. Agree to follow the prescribed code of conduct, realizing failure to do so may result in the loss of privileges during the event and/or in the future.
