Description:
Peaches are common fruit trees grown in Kansas. The leaves are 8-10” long with an arched back, and the leaf blades are held in a “V” shape. Peaches flower in early spring, and the fruit is ripe in the mid-summer. Crops off of peaches can be inconsistent, depending on spring frosts.
