KAE4-HA Spring Development Conference Information and Registration
KAE4-HA invites all professionals working with 4-H Youth Development programs to attend the KAE4-HA Spring Meeting and Youth Development Conference, Nourish to Flourish – Growing 4-H Professionals.
The conference will be held April 7-9, 2026, at the Sedgwick County Extension Office in Wichita.
This engaging professional development opportunity is designed to equip and strengthen 4-H professionals across Kansas. Participants will gain practical tools, resources, and collaborative ideas to enhance local programming and expand their impact.
Conference sessions will focus on:
• Youth Leadership
• Day Camps
• Club Management, including KS 4-H Club Requirements and strengthening adult–youth partnerships
• Volunteer Recruitment, Recognition, Retention, and Training
• Working with PDCs, Extension Boards, and Fair Boards
• Impact Reporting and Making a Difference Report Training
• All Things 4-H Awards and Recognition Opportunities
Registration Details
• Full Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) for current KAE4-HA members or those new to K-State Extension since the 2025 Annual Conference $75
• Full Time (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) for non-KAE4-HA members who started prior to the 2025 Annual Conference $85
• KAE4-HA Business Meeting only (Thursday) – Lifetime members only $0
