4-H Shooting Sports Annual Reports and Renewals
The annual 4-H Shooting Sports Year-end Report and Renewal Forms are available on the 4-H web site. Each Local Extension Unit that offers 4-H Shooting Sport is required to submit the following reports to the Kansas 4-H State 4-H Office by the Local 4-H Shooting Sports Coordinator on or before November 1, 2017.
Information reported is from October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017. Renewals are $5 per person. The following reports are needed:
• Coordinator Report – use the instructor form
• Instructor Report – use instructor form for all certified and current volunteers serving in this role, apprentices and adult helpers
• Local Extension Unit Report – a summation of the coordinator(s) and instructor(s) reports

Please read the instructions before completing the forms. Forms are due November 1; however, between November 2 until December 1, renewals will double to $10 per person. Finally, the deadline for all forms is December 1 in order to continue with 4-H Shooting Sports for the 2017 – 2018 4-H year.
