Printing Participation forms for Camp
As camping season approaches, there will be a need for local Extension units to print participation forms from 4HOnline to take to camp. Check out the revamped instructions and templates for printing participation forms from 4HOnline! Staff can locate these resources on the KSRE 4-H Youth Development website, on the Staff Resources page for 4HOnline. You will need to login with your eID to view.
Full instructions have been revised and “QuickTip” instructions been developed for staff who only need to brush up on the process. The mail merge Participation Form templates have also been updated to include fields for parent names and their contact information! There is a 1 page and a 2 page template available, choose the version which best suits your needs. To accommodate these changes, new Shared 4HOnline "Participation Form Info" reports have been created. You will need to delete any custom 4HOnline Participation Form reports that were copied/memorized from Shared Participation Form Reports prior to March 2018, as they will not contain all necessary fields for the new templates.
