State Horticulture Judging
The State 4-H Horticulture Judging Contest is planned for Saturday, August 12, 2023 on the campus of Kansas State University, Manhattan, KS. Registration information will be on the web by June 15! Agents you must login to find registration information. Registration is due Tuesday, August 1.
The study material is taken from a variety of Healthy Yard Videos detailed on the Kansas 4-H Website on the Horticulture Judging Contest page. There will also be some additional written study material which will be updated in May.
Effective January 1, 2015, contestants who have judged as an official team member at the National Junior Horticulture Association Judging Contest are not eligible to compete as a team or as an individual at the State Kansas 4-H Horticulture Judging Contest.
