Want to expand your global network? Be a host family for 2024-25 Academic Year

Submitted by Jennifer Pfortmiller

Want to expand your world network and learn about other cultures? Looking to set you and your family up for broader international and cultural understanding? Or looking to make amazing memories during the next school year? Consider being a host family for a Japanese or Korean student during the 2024-25 high school year.

This States’ 4-H International Exchange Programs starts the first week of August 2024 and lasts through mid-June 2025. Academic Year Programs (AYP) exchange students attend local high schools and participate fully in academic, extracurricular, and 4-H activities for the year while hosted by one family, who provides meals, lodging, and transportation.

Matching of host families and exchange students is happening now!
