Kansas Outbounds for Summer Exchanges Receive Country Assignments
As stated last month, States’ 4-H received more applications than expected for outbound exchanges. The staff has worked to increase country placements and have done secondary screenings of applicants to make selections for the most popular counties. Kansas delegates are happy to have been assigned to exchanges in the following countries:
Costa Rica: Della Hettenbach—Dickinson Co. and Laura Koch—Flint Hills Dist.
Japan 8-week: Stephen Van Slyke—Pratt Co.
Japan 4-week: Conner Broers—Meadowlark Dist., Kate Rogers—Scott C., Alex Thompson—Meadowlark Dist.
Norway: Madeline Anderson—Johnson Co., Taelur Barnes, Meadowlark Dist.
Taiwan: Desiree Ingalsbe—Butler Co.
