2021 Outbound Exchange Delegates
As of this writing Kansas has one new applicant and five applicants from 2020 exchanges that were cancelled due to the raging pandemic. The new applicant who is applying for an IFYE exchange will be interviewed on Zoom. If approved, the new applicant will participate in orientation with the IFYE and States’ 4-H delegates approved for last year via Zoom during January-May, 2021. New more in-depth training is being planned for the online sessions. We are looking forward to offering enhanced content to make the travel experience beginning in June or July richer for all the delegates. We will announce the Kansas exchange participants in next month’s Tip Sheet. If county staff know of individuals who missed the November 2 application date, they may direct them to Mary Kay Munson, State Coordinator.
