Reporting for Federal ES-237 Report

Submitted by Terry Roberts

KSRE Professionals responsible for youth programming should utilize PEARS to report local activities and events. Kansas Research & Extension is no longer using 4-H Online "Group Enrollments" to report youth programming for the Federal ES-237 Report.

Reporting of Youth Programs due October 15

Enrolled 4-H youth Members, Cloverbuds, and adult Volunteers in 4-H Online do count toward the ES-237, so staff should ensure participating individuals are fully "Approved" for the current Program Year in the 4-H Online system no later than September 30 each year. The State 4-H office will compile 4-H Online enrollment numbers and youth program data from PEARS to form the KSRE ES-237 Report.
