September 23, 2021 at 7:00 PM: Re-Ignite Your Spark in Kansas 4-H Volunteer Training
This event is intended for Kansas 4-H Club Volunteers including community and project leaders. We envision this event to be a hybrid programmatic event (virtual and in-person at the local level). We encourage local units to host the training in-person and engage with presenters virtually. Local units will be encouraged to facilitate break out discussions to integrate learning and encourage engagement. More details and resources for the event will be provided at a later date.

Re-Ignite Your Spark in Kansas 4-H: A Kansas 4-H Volunteer Training
September 23, 2021 at 7:00 PM

Sit and think for a moment. What makes your 4-H volunteer role have meaning and purpose? What is something that you are passionate about, the hidden flame that motivates you?

The Search Institute describe this passion as one’s “spark.” Sparks are activities and interests that brings out a person's energy and joy, allowing them to express their personality and contribute to the world.

We know it has been a tough year. Join us for a evening to re-ignite your spark in Kansas 4-H as we hear from current volunteers and passionate 4-H alumns. Participants will explore how to find their spark, engage families, and realize the impact they have on youth. Watch for more information from your local extension unit.
