The State 4-H Office will advertise for the Educator/Intern positions via social media, collegiate contacts and other means. We are currently visiting several departments on campus to talk with students and will be sending the information out via departmental newsletters. Additionally, a promotional video will be posted soon, and agents are encouraged to share it on their Extension social media pages.
Please keep in mind that this grant does not provide housing, so hiring an intern who already lives in your county or district would be ideal. Engagement leaders and Extension Agents will be invited to take part in intern interviews this season which will happen after the first of the year.
