Checks from units for invoices
The state office is asking units to please send separate checks for separate invoices. Certain items are processed through the 4-H Foundation as other items are processed through K-State. Keeping checks separate makes it much easier on the state office to more quickly and efficiently process your checks. For units that are a district with more than one county, you may continue sending one check for the whole district if it is for the same one event (i.e. Discovery Days, CIA, KYLF, Shooting Sport Spring Match, etc.).
