Printing Participation Forms for Camp
Full instructions and “QuickTip” instructions (for those brushing up on the process) exist on the Staff Resources page for 4HOnline. There are two versions of the participation form template available: 1 page and 2 page, depending on which version best suits your needs. You will need to login with your eID to view these resources.
