Outbound and Inbound Summer Exchanges Resume Activity for 2022
Kansas 4-H and States’ 4-H International Exchange Programs are planning to resume both Outbound Exchanges halted by the COVID pandemic in 2020 and 2021. We have confirmed that States’ 4-H will offer summer exchanges in 2022 to the following countries: Argentina, Costa Rica, Japan (4 & 8 weeks), Norway, Romania, South Korea, and Taiwan. All include home stays with local families except Argentina which will be a group housing experience. Kansas 2022 outbound applications will be due November 1 with interviews and first orientation November 20.
The Global Citizenship web pages on the Kansas 4-H site are in the process of being reorganized and updated. Look for new information and a link to the online application in early September 2021.
