Spring Pen Pal Program Just Announced
A Pen Pal Program is offered to Kansas 4-H’ers this Spring, February 1-April 23, by States’ 4-H International Exchange Programs. The pals will be 4-H members in Taiwan and South Korea programs. 4-H members 8-19 may participate by registering on line and paying a $10 participation fee. Applications are due January 23 or when all pals are taken, whichever is first.
