Outbounds from Kansas Should get Exchange Placements by February 1
The Kansas applicants for outbound exchanges to Japan, South Korea and Costa Rica (announced last month) have been approved by Kansas and submitted for placement by States’ 4-H International Exchange Programs. Their first deposit ($1,000 or $1,500) was due January 15 in Washington State. On February 1, we are to be notified of acceptance and placements. Mary Kay Munson will notify county/district agents along with the applicants. Kansas is holding the Spring Outbound Orientation February 24-25 at Southeast of Saline District Office in Saline County.
