Summer Outbound Delegates Return
Kansas Outbound Exchanges to Norway and Costa Rica will end July 19 and July 20, respectively. The outbounds have signed an agreement to share their experiences and the cultures of the countries they visited upon their return. Tanner Koch, Flint Hills Extension District, who exchanged with Norway 4H, and Krista Haley, Marais des Cygnes Extension District, who exchanged with Costa Rica’s 4-S, will be available for presentations in their home districts and neighboring counties after September 1.
