Spring 2021 Winter Pen Pal Program Announcement
On December 9, 2020 States’ 4-H announced that due to overwhelming interest, the Winter Pen Program was being closed. They have so many more applicants from the U.S. that they need to focus on securing more pen pal peers in other countries by working with States’ 4-H’s international partners. No additional applicants can be accepted. The program dates have been moved from the original January 18-April 18 to February 15-May 15, 2021. Those registered will be emailed to inform them. It is exciting to know that we have found a project that interests 4-H’ers in the Global Citizenship area, especially younger teens! Kansas had 32 kids registered two weeks ago.
