Second AYP Student Arrives after Two Years of COVID Delays
Hiyori Sugahara from Japan is finally able to begin her Academic Year Exchange in Scott City after applying in 2019 and having her exchange cancelled in 2021. Then she was delayed in getting her visa to begin this year due to COVID in her family and catching it herself. A very patient host family, the Randy and Stacy Rogers family in Scott County, met her at Garden City September 15. Janet Harkness, District 4-H Agent will be the local coordinator.
