Reminder: End of Year Prep Due No Later than September 30
The End of Year Prep for Rollover should be completed by a 4-H Online Manager for each county no later than September 30. This process assists in compiling partial data for the Federal ES-237 Report and ensures your youth member and adult volunteer 4-H history is accurate and permanently stored.
Just a friendly reminder, do not create "group enrollments" in 4-H Online. KSRE staff responsible for youth programming should utilize PEARS to report those educational activities and programs by October 15.
