Prepping for Rollover in 4-H Online

Submitted by McKenzie Zimmermann

It is never too early to start planning for the 2022-2023 program year! Rollover will happen on September 29th, 2022!

To ensure 4-H Online will be working properly for families for the new program year on October 1, the tasks within the 4-H Online End of Year Prep for Rollover guide should be completed no later than September 28, 2022.

On September 29 after 11:59 pm, the 4-H Online system will roll over to a new program year. On September 30, the system will be closed to families, and they won’t be able to log in until October 1st. The State 4-H Office will spend September 30th ensuring that active clubs, county project aliases, and coupon codes have rolled over properly.

If your county or clubs within your county intend on sponsoring youth for the upcoming new program year, you may wish to begin planning for that now. A Sponsor Order Form must be completed to start a new sponsorship or continue an existing sponsorship, and you will likely want the sponsorship to discount fees when enrollment starts.
