4-H Online Updates

Hello 4-H Online Managers,
Here is the latest 4-H Online Update (July 13, 2022):
New Features
- 4-H Online will soon have the KSRE and 4-H Logo on the home screen!
- In custom reports, within the “Edit Report Columns,” under the “Payment” column category, the invoice amount function is up and running properly.
Under Construction
- FairEntry Invoices - RegistrationMax is working on creating an invoicing system within FairEntry. For those of you who may charge an exhibitors fee for your county fairs, this could be useful to you. I will share more information as I receive it.
Other Helpful Info
- I am still in the process of contacting counties and districts to gather the correct information as to who should have access to both 4-H Online and this listserv.
- There are two new Custom Report templates in 4-H Online. They are titled All Families List (MZ) and Approved Families List (MZ). Since there is currently no way to run a report or filter for family profiles in 4-H Online, a custom report was created to do so. These reports provide you with the Family Name, Family ID, and Family Email.
- Join the 4-H Online Support Team! On this team, you will find general information about 4-H Online, communications, previously shared updates, a place to report bugs/glitches and to request a custom report build, staff training, and a place for transfer requests.
